Only registered participants can enter the virtual website.

Those who have not yet registered for the competition, please register for the 10th World Congress first.

* Please note that you can't sign in virtual site automatically right after you register for the congress. Admission to the virtual website will only be permitted after the administrator approval during the working hours (Weekdays (Mon.~Fri) 9 A.M. – 18P.M. (KST / UTC +9). During the congress, From July 19 to 22, 8 A.M - 11 P.M (KST / UTC +9) and on July 23, 8 A.M - 20 P.M (KST / UTC +9)

After the approval (it takes about 10 minutes to approve the access, Admission is not processed when it's not working hours), go to the virtual website (https://wc2021.info), sign-up with the same Name, ID (email address) and Affiliation as the 10th World Congress website and then activate your account on your ‘Profile’.

* Participants who will pay the registration fee by wire transfer must send a remittance receipt to the secretariat (wc2020@wc2020.org) to be processed as registration completed.

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant: admission to the online meeting site, e-book for programs and abstracts, and access to the cloud where all presentations are stored.

To obtain a lower registration rate, you may become a joint member of the BS-IMS or join the Bernoulli Society or IMS.

Payment Method

1. Online Credit Card

  • -Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • -All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.

2. Wire Transfer

  • -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (wc2020@wc2020.org)
  • -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

  • -An official receipt will be issued upon completion of registration and payment.
  • -Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
  • -If there is a problem with receipt, please contact the Secretariat (wc2020@wc2020.org) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (wc2020@wc2020.org).
  • -All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • -Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
  • *Cancellation by July 18: 70% refund
  • *Cancellation from July 19: No refund
