Invited Session

1. Presentation format: pre-recorded talk + live stream Q&A via Zoom

  • -A slide file (.pdf) will be posted on the online meeting site.
  • -A pre-recorded talk (a length of at least 15 min and a maximum of 30 min) will be posted on the online meeting site.
  • -In a live stream Q&A session via Zoom, each speaker holds a short recap of the talk and Q&A for 10 min.
  • **Note that due to the time difference, Q&A sessions will be arranged in suitable clusters according to time zones of the presenters’ regions.

2. Video recording and submission guidelines

To avoid possible technical errors or glitches during broadcasting, we cordially request you to submit a pre-recorded video clip of your presentation by June 20, 2021. Please see the instructions on how to submit your video as below:

 
※ Basic rules for video recording
  • -mp4 file with H.264 codec is preferred.
  • -Before you start, please introduce yourself briefly (name, affiliation, presentation title)
  • -Please review the file to check if there are any errors before submission.
  • -Please name your video file as (Abstract No.)_(Last Name).mp4. For example, if your name is John Smith and the abstract number is ABS-0001, your video file should be named as ‘ABS-0001_Smith.mp4’.

3. Slide submission guidelines

  • -Only PDF file format is allowed (Not password-protected).
  • -Please name your slide file as (Abstract No.)_(Last Name).pdf. For example, if your name is John Smith and the abstract number is ABS-0001, your slide file should be named as ‘ABS-0001_Smith.pdf’.
  • -Submission deadline: June 20, 2021
  • -Submission (Dropbox): Click here to submit

Contributed Session

  • -A 15-min pre-recorded talk will be posted on the online meeting site.
  • -All speakers in each session share a 30-min live Q&A session.
  • **Note that due to the time difference, Q&A sessions will be arranged in suitable clusters according to time zones of the presenters’ regions.

Poster Session

1. Presentation format: pre-recorded talk + live stream Q&A via Zoom

  • -A poster file (.pdf) will be posted on the online meeting site.
  • -A *5-min* pre-recorded talk will be posted on the online meeting site.
  • -A group of presenters (say, 10 people) holds a 30-min live Q&A session.
  • **Note that the group will be clustered by region (time zone).

3. E-Poster submission guidelines

  • -Only PDF file format is allowed (Not password-protected).
  • -Your poster should be a compilation of your slides (No more than 8 pages slides).
  • -You can download the E-poster PPT template (10th WC logo design): Click here to download The use of templates is not mandatory, and presenters are free to submit their own designs and color schemes.
  • -Your poster should include the paper title and all authors at the top of the poster.
  • -Please name your poster file as (Abstract No.)_(Last Name).pdf. For example, if your name is John Smith and the abstract number is ABS-0001, your poster file should be named as ‘ABS-0001_Smith.pdf’.
  • -Submission deadline: June 20, 2021
