Here is the summary of the meeting format.
1. Named Lectures: live talk via Zoom
Each speaker will deliver a one-hour live talk at
a time zone convenient to them. The recording will be made be available run
time to be viewed by the others who miss it.
2. Invited session: pre-recorded talk + live stream Q&A via Zoom
(1) A pre-recorded talk (a length
of at least 15 min and a maximum of 30 min) will be posted on the online
meeting site.
(2) In a live stream Q&A session via Zoom, each speaker holds a
short recap of the talk and Q&A for 10-min.
** Note that due to the time difference, Q&A sessions will be rearranged in
suitable clusters by topic and scheduled according to the presenter's region
(time zone).
3. Contributed session: pre-recorded talk + live stream Q&A via Zoom
(1) A 15-min pre-recorded talk will be posted on the
online meeting site.
(2) All speakers in each session share a 30-min live Q&A
session.
** Note that due to the time difference, Q&A sessions will be rearranged in
suitable clusters up by topic and scheduled according to the presenter's
region (time zone).
4. Poster session: pre-recorded talk + live stream
Q&A via Zoom
(1) A poster file (.pdf) will be posted on the online meeting site.
(2) A *5-min* pre-recorded talk will be posted on the online meeting site.
(3) A group of presenters (say, 10 people) holds a 30-min live
Q&A session.
** Note that the group will be clustered by region (time zone).
Finally, the online meeting site will be announced later. Detailed
information will then be provided to prepare talks, upload talk materials,
attend sessions, and so on.
